We had PCS out after we had a belligerent racoon chew up some wiring under our house. For this time of year, they were able to get to us very quickly. The updates through text were informative and timely. Our technician was early, very professional and got our problem sorted quickly. He decided to do one last check on the system before leaving which revealed the critter chewing the wiring was not our only problem, but that our thermostat was bad. Had Chase not come back in to make sure we were cooling properly, he would have left and I would have had to call back in. Turns out the thermostat was cycling between hot and cold rapidly, so when we thought it was good, several minutes later it was blowing heat again. We now have a new thermostat, ac and are comfortable again. Price was more than reasonable. We will definitely use PCS for any other HVAC needs and you should too! Thank you PCS!

Wonderful service! We called frantic at 9pm at night during a snow storm because my Grandfather’s heater stopped working and we couldn’t be there to help him due to weather and where we live. I called and shared the situation and he immediately responded he was finishing a call but would be there in 45 minutes. He arrived and was able to get it repaired and didn’t even mind the very loud and raucous dogs. It was such a comfort and blessing to know my grandpa was well taken care of on this frigid cold night. He was so kind and informative, and he made sure to update us as well as my Grandfather to explain in detail what he did and what else he recommended. We would absolutely recommend using Premier for all your heating and cooling needs. You won’t find a more honest or truly kind person to give your business to.

Will came and replaced our outdated control board, thermostat, and temperature sensors from our aged system, Replaced with state of the art thermostats and control board! He spent a few hours properly installing new wiring and thermostat’s. Explained a situation with a kinked old wire and his workaround. Once everything was installed he ensured everything was operating correctly, and efficiently. Instructed us in how to control it all from the convenience of an app. Wonderful, caring service!
